As soon as I arrived at New Sound Hearing Center, I was amazed at how easily I got registered to be examined! I met Deanne. She is so friendly and understanding. I told her my problems with my previous hearing aids and let her know I was vision impaired. She made sure I understood how to remove and how to put the aids back on. She trained, taking time how to clean and treat my hearing aids by touch. This was fantastic! If anyone is suffering hearing loss, this is the best place to be come! We are out of town and mom needed filters for her aid. I found a location nearby. We were greeted by a very pleasant young lady, named Raquel. She immediately got mom what she needed. Plus cleaned and changed the filters for her. What I thought was goi g to be a nightmare was actually a very pleasant surprise. Thank you Raquel for you exceptionally wonderful service.
After visiting another Hearing store and being pressured to buy hearing aids on their credit card with 30% plus interest, I decided to try another Hearing store. I called New Sound and made an appointment after verifying that they took my insurance. I was greeting by Hearing specialist Emily Who Did a Did a very thorough job explaining all the hearing aids they offered and options available. She reviewed the hearing test from the First store, I went to and said it was not a complete test so she offered to do a new test free. After performing a new test and explaining to me The results, I informed her that I wanted to use my insurance benefit to obtain a new set of hearing aids. She immediately verified all the information on the computer and send in the order to my insurance company. Emily was extremely professional and polite and did a great job servicing all my needs

When I got over there I didn’t have a long waiting time. They showed me that if a person cannot hear correctly in both ears they need to get help so they can hear better more efficiently. Thanks New Sound for talking with me to help me understand that a person can ” go deaf ” if it’s not taking care of.
