They were friendly and nice helped me to replace my hearing aids ear hook! However, I felt a bit weird about questions of my hearing from them since I’m a hard of hearing for my entire life. ( Questions were mostly for someone who recently have a hearing trouble) but I guess that’s pretty much everywhere do for the first time.
